What We Do
Nexusoiare is an online store selling new accessories for Pokémon and other standard-size trading cards to customers in the United States: card sleeves, toploaders and magnetic card holders, binders and pocket pages, and deck boxes and storage. We sell accessories only, not cards. Every listing shows the manufacturer brand, model, and specifications.
We carry products from Ultra PRO, Dragon Shield and Vault X. We are not affiliated with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., or any manufacturer we stock.
When you place an order, payment is collected securely through Shopify Payments. We fulfill and ship to the address you provide. Order confirmation and tracking are emailed to you. You can check status on the Track order page or request cancellation of an unshipped order on the Cancel order page.
Payments
Checkout is powered by Shopify Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. We do not store full card details on our servers. Prices on product pages and in our Google product feed are shown in USD ($) and match what you pay at checkout, plus applicable sales tax.

Returns and Refunds
30 days from delivery to request a return on eligible items in new condition. Returns are free: a prepaid return label is included in your package, there is no restocking fee, nothing is deducted, and exchanges are accepted. Warranty
Beyond the manufacturer's own warranty, we give our own written Nexusoiare Limited Warranty, which runs for 12 months from delivery. Report a defect in the first 30 days and you deal with us directly — free replacement or full refund, your choice, with a prepaid label and no restocking fee. After that, claims go to the manufacturer first. We are not an authorized dealer for, or affiliated with, any of the brands we carry, so if a manufacturer refuses a claim on that basis within the 12 months, we step in ourselves. Product Authenticity
We sell new products exactly as described on each product page, showing the manufacturer brand and model. We do not sell replicas or counterfeits: Product Authenticity.
