Ultra PRO Platinum toploaders are 3" x 4" rigid holders made with a cast frame and ultra-clear plastic. Each one encloses a single standard-size card, either bare or already in a poly sleeve, and the rigid plastic keeps the card clean. A 25-count pack suits collectors who want a clear view of the cards they keep on display.
